1. Program description

The NexGen Connect Test Notifications program sends text messages from toll-free number +1 (888) 504-6537 to NexGen staff who help test our SMS notification system before it launches. The messages are test notifications, such as verification codes and account alerts. They are never marketing or promotional messages.

2. Who can join

Only NexGen employees whom our engineering team adds to the test roster can join. Before any message is sent, AWS sends a one-time verification code to the employee's phone, and the employee must enter that code. That step is how you agree to receive messages. We never text members of the public from this number.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with testing activity, usually a few messages a week and fewer than 100 a month across all participants.

4. Cost

NexGen doesn't charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from this number. We'll send one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. To rejoin, ask the engineering team to add you to the roster again.

7. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers, and availability may vary.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number and message records. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
